ベレーザ（Beleza）は、贅沢なブランチカクテルからインスピレーションを得て、オーク樽で熟成させたサワービールに、白ワインとストーンフルーツの魅惑的な組み合わせを加えました。別々に熟成させた後、丁寧にブレンドしたこのビールは、隣接するキング・エステートで栽培された美しいバイオダイナミック農法のピノ・グリ種のブドウを一部に、そしてオーガニックのレッド・ヘイブン種とブレイジング・スター種の桃を山ほど使用して共同発酵させました。一口飲むごとに夏の恵みを堪能でき、新鮮なフルーツのジューシーな甘みがベースビールの酸味と絶妙なバランスで広がります。後味にはほのかな甘みが残り、ベレーザはゆったりとしたブランチはもちろん、優雅さと贅沢さを求めるあらゆるシーンにぴったりのビールです。
Beleza (beh-lay-zah) draws its inspiration from the indulgent brunch cocktail, combining our oak-aged sour beer with the tantalizing combination of white wine and stone fruit. Matured separately, then consciously blended, a portion of this beer was cofermented on beautiful, biodynamically-grown, Pinot Gris grapes from right next door at King Estate and the other portion with a mountain of organic Red Haven and Blazing Star peaches. Each sip is a celebration of summer's bounty, bursting with the juicy sweetness of fresh fruit, balanced against the acidity of the base beer. A subtle hint of sweetness lingers on the finish and makes Beleza the perfect companion for leisurely brunches or any occasion that calls for both elegance and indulgence.
